2139 Ventures is the personal investment office of MIT alumnus and former Microsoft executive Anand Bhadouria. After a 30 year career building and scaling global technology businesses, I now invest my own capital in founders whose ambition matches the bold ideas I have spent my life supporting.

Anand Bhadouria

Founder & Managing Partner

MIT alumnus | Former Microsoft, HPE, and Dell Executive | 30+ years in technology and innovation

I spent over three decades building and leading technology businesses at Microsoft, Dell, and HP across the United States, Asia, and emerging markets. I have helped scale teams, launch products, drive revenue, and solve complex global challenges. I also own more than 100 rental units, and I provide access to this portfolio for PropTech founders who want to dogfood and validate their products in real homes with real tenants. A YC backed startup from a recent batch has already used this portfolio as a live dogfood environment. This real world setting allows founders to gather feedback, run pilots, and refine their products with actual usage and operational data. Through 2139 Ventures, I bring that experience directly to founders. I invest personally, which means decisions are fast, alignment is simple, and partnerships are based on trust rather than committees.

Real World Product Testing Support

I offer a unique advantage to PropTech and operations focused founders. I own more than 100 rental units, and I provide access to this portfolio for select founders who want to dogfood and validate new products. A YC backed startup has already used this portfolio to test and refine its product in a real world setting with actual tenants and operations. This includes running pilots in residential units with real tenant interactions and real operational workflows.

My involvement adapts to the founder’s journey. Sometimes it is the initial belief based check, and other times it is deeper partnership alongside other investors. The goal is always simple: support the founder with long term alignment.
